An overview of the Parent Family and Community Engagement Framework, with focus on elements of positive, goal oriented, empowering relationships. We will review the use of a strengths based approach and introduce the OARS technique and listening skills. This module incorporates material from the Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center.
